Where is my order being shipped from?

We've been working with our print-on-demand service Printful to ensure that the items we have listed on our shop will be shipped from within Canada.

We apologize for any US shipments that may have occurred while we were working out the kinks of our new online shop. We are confident moving forward that your order will be fulfilled in Canada.

I tried to checkout and I got a "There was a problem with our checkout" error message

This could be happening for a number of reasons, but is most likely due to an issue with your browser. Here are some possible issues and ways you can try to resolve them:

  • Caching issue: Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Browser is out of date: Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. Once updated try clearing your cache before trying again.
  • Browser is incompatible: Try checking out in a different browser (we recommend Chrome)
  • Device is incompatible: Try checking out on a different computer or mobile device.

Are there samples to try on first?

As of right now, we only have samples for the Unisex T-shirts. They can be found at the front desk, ask any staff member to assist you.

For all other items please refer to the size chart in the item description before purchasing. The sizes run standard for Unisex clothing.

It may also help you to know the wholesaler product we use for some of our popular items.

  • Adult hoodies are printed on Gildan 18500 Unisex Heavy Blend
  • Crewnecks are printed on Cotton Heritage M2480

How long will it take to get my order?

All items are made to order, so they will take a little longer than your standard online purchase.

We use a third party service called Printful. They will update you on the status of your order from the time it is received by them, to it being fulfilled, printed, and finally shipped. They will also provide you with an estimated shipping window.

What if my items don't fit?

We recommend reaching out to our community to resell your item if it doesn't work out for you, as all sales are final!
